Most of us spend our lives trying to outrun the parts of ourselves that feel unlovable, broken, or too much. We hide the anger, numb the grief, deny the jealousy, or bury the shame. These are the shadows—the aspects of us we’ve been taught to reject, avoid, or cover up so we can fit in, feel safe, and be accepted.
But what if the path to wholeness isn’t about getting rid of the shadow, but learning to turn toward it with compassion and curiosity?
What Is Shadow Work?
Shadow work is the courageous practice of meeting ourselves as we truly are—messy, complicated, beautiful, and wounded. It’s about inviting the hidden, exiled, or rejected parts of our psyche into the light so they can be acknowledged, integrated, and healed.
This work isn’t about indulging our worst impulses or getting stuck in old pain. It’s about breaking free from the unconscious patterns that run our lives when we’re not looking. It’s about recognizing the ways our fears, wounds, and unhealed places influence our choices, our relationships, and our self-worth.
The Fire of Transformation
The name Into The Fire was chosen intentionally. Shadow work asks us to step into the fire—not to be burned or destroyed, but to be transformed. Fire is both destroyer and creator. It burns away what is no longer needed, and it forges new strength, wisdom, and clarity in its place.
When you enter this process, you don’t walk alone. You join a circle of fellow travelers, each holding their own story and their own shadows. Together, we witness, honor, and support each other. We learn that our shadows aren’t something to be ashamed of—they’re clues to where we still long for love, safety, and acceptance.
Why This Work Is Sacred (and Worth It)
Shadow work is not about fixing yourself. You are not broken. It’s about understanding the places inside that were wounded and learning to meet them with gentleness. It’s about taking radical responsibility for your life, without judgment or blame. It’s about making space for the full spectrum of who you are—so you can live, love, and create from a place of wholeness.
This group is your invitation to step bravely into the fire. To look with honesty at what you’ve been carrying. To let go of what no longer serves you. And to claim your right to a life of authenticity, freedom, and depth.
Introducing: Into The Fire — An 8-Month Shadow Work Group
If you’re longing for deeper authenticity, healing, and self-acceptance, Into The Fire is your invitation to embark on a truly transformative journey.
What to Expect:
This is an in-person, 8-month group experience, meeting once per month for a powerful 5-hour session. Each gathering blends group coaching, somatic and breathwork practices, experiential exercises, and honest conversation. You’ll receive a comprehensive participant manual filled with monthly journal prompts and space for personal reflection between sessions, supporting your growth every step of the way.
Each Month, We Explore:
The Mirror – Seeing yourself honestly, with compassion.
The Projection – Noticing what you see in others is often a reflection of yourself.
The Shadow – Meeting the “unwanted” parts with curiosity.
The Pattern – Identifying and unwinding old, limiting cycles.
The Voice – Reclaiming your truth and speaking it out loud.
The Choice – Stepping into conscious decision-making and new ways of being.
The Integration – Bringing all your parts into harmony.
The Emergence – Rising renewed, authentic, and empowered.
Along the way, you’ll be supported by a caring, confidential community. You’ll be invited to participate at your comfort level—there’s no pressure to share more than feels right. Everything is designed to foster safety, deep reflection, and real connection.
Who is this for?
Into The Fire is for anyone ready to look beneath the surface and do the real work of transformation. No prior experience with shadow work is needed—just a willingness to show up, be honest, and engage with your own growth.
Why Join?
Because real change doesn’t happen on the surface. It happens when you’re willing to sit with discomfort, honor your shadows, and step into the fire—knowing that what emerges on the other side is something true, powerful, and beautifully yours.
If you’re ready for a life of authenticity, freedom, and depth, I’d be honored to walk this path with you.
With you in the fire,
Sarah
