How I Show Up For You

These values aren’t concepts — they are how I hold the room, the work, and you.

Authenticity — you don’t have to perform here
Integrity — I will be honest and respectful
Transparency — nothing is hidden or manipulative
Accountability — I take responsibility for the work I do
Truth — we work with what’s real, not what’s comfortable
Safety — your nervous system matters here

What You Can Expect

Before We Meet

Before we meet, there’s nothing you need to prepare, fix, or figure out. You don’t have to have the right words or a clear plan for the session. Just come as you are — tired, overwhelmed, hopeful, unsure, or anywhere in between. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, impress, or hold it all together. We’ll take things at a pace your nervous system can actually handle, and we’ll start exactly where you are.

If you'd like to schedule a sauna appointment prior to your session, you can schedule through the Paths To Recovery website at: Book Infrared Sauna Session.

The Space

The environment at the center is quiet and calm. It was recently purchased by Paths To RecoThe space where sessions take place is intentionally quiet and calm. The building is shared with a mental health practice, so there are therapists meeting with clients throughout the day. During weekday daytime hours you may hear occasional activity in the hallway — nothing disruptive, just the normal rhythm of a working office. If you’re someone who prefers deeper quiet, evenings and weekends tend to be the most peaceful times.

My priority is that you feel comfortable enough to settle in, exhale, and focus on yourself while you’re here.

During Your Session

“What do you need today?”

That’s the question I will ask every time we meet — because what matters most is how you are in that moment, not what was planned days ago. You might arrive feeling overwhelmed and heavy, needing your system to slow down. You might come in with your mind racing, needing clarity and direction. We’ll adjust accordingly. Sessions are flexible and guided by what will actually support you that day, whether that means bodywork, coaching, or a quieter, more restorative approach.

My role is to hold a steady space where you can reconnect with yourself and listen to what you need — sometimes for the first time in a long while.

Every session unfolds a little differently. You might notice tension releasing, your breathing deepening, or your body settling. Some people experience emotional release, others feel deeply relaxed, and sometimes it’s simply a quiet sense of relief. There is no “right” response.

Communication matters. If something needs to shift — pressure, pace, temperature, positioning, direction — you can say so at any time. This is your space, and my job is to support you in a way that feels respectful, responsive, and aligned with your needs.

After Your Session

People respond differently after a session, and all of it is normal. You might feel relaxed and sleepy, clear and energized, tender in your body, or simply quieter than when you arrived. Give yourself a few minutes before jumping back into the outside world. Move slowly, drink some water, and let your system adjust. If you need a moment to sit, have a snack, or just gather yourself, you’re welcome to take that time in the waiting area or studio space when it’s available.

You’ll notice I don’t follow a rigid “this is when you should come back” schedule. That’s intentional. Sometimes your body and nervous system need space to integrate what shifted before deciding what’s next. We’ll base future sessions on how you actually feel — not on a preset timeline.

Gentle movement, hydration, and rest can support that integration process. And if questions come up later, you’re always welcome to reach out. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
