Service Description

This service is intended for anyone seeking a calming, guided practice to reduce stress, improve sleep, and build daily tools for relaxation and emotional balance from home. BEGINNING MARCH 2026 Body Breath Awareness is a live, guided meditation on Zoom designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore a sense of calm through intentional breathing and gentle awareness. In a fast-paced world, it’s easy to become disconnected from the body that carries you through daily life. This practice is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to a place of steadiness and presence — all from the comfort of your own home. What to Expect: During each session, you’ll be guided through simple breathing and body awareness practices that help you notice where tension and stress are held, from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes. With cameras off and no pressure to participate verbally, you can relax into the experience privately and comfortably. Together, we cultivate compassionate awareness of physical sensations, emotional states, and patterns of holding, while also recognizing the body’s resilience and capacity to regulate. Benefits of Regular Practice: • Supports restful sleep and relaxation • Reduces daily stress and nervous system overload • Improves body awareness and emotional regulation • Promotes calm, clarity, and positive mood • Builds simple tools you can use anytime Accessible and Supportive: No prior experience is necessary. This practice is suitable for anyone seeking stress relief, better sleep, or a deeper sense of connection with themselves. Come as you are — simply bring a comfortable place to sit or lie down, an open mind, and the willingness to breathe. Pay per session or choose a monthly subscription for ongoing support.
