The goal is not to fix you. You are not broken. The goal is to help you understand yourself clearly enough that you stop repeating what you have not yet named.

Not Your Average Coaching Program

Most coaching works on the surface — goals, habits, mindset shifts. Ground Work goes underneath all of that.

This is attachment-informed, somatic, body-based excavation. It works at the level of your nervous system, your earliest experiences of love and connection, and the patterns that were formed before you had the language to question them.

 

If you have done coaching before and felt like something was still missing — like you understood the patterns but couldn't stop repeating them — this is what comes next.

The Six Chapters

Each chapter builds on the one before it. You cannot do Chapter Three without Chapter Two having happened first.

 

Chapter 1 · Where I Come From. The wounds formed before any relationship you have ever had. The roles you learned to play. The blueprint you brought in.

Chapter 2 · The Truth About Me. What you actually need. Not what you think you should need. The needs that have been running your life without your permission.

Chapter 3 · My Emotional Landscape. How you feel. How you express it — or don't. Where your emotional patterns came from and what they cost you.

Chapter 4 · The Lines I Draw. Boundaries — where you have them, where you don't, where you have walls instead. Named out loud for the first time.

Chapter 5 · How I Speak. The gap between what you mean and what lands. The words you use and the words you keep inside.

Chapter 6 · The Habits I Keep. The behaviors that look fine on the surface and function as escape hatches from feeling.

How It Works

Each chapter follows the same rhythm — workbook first, always. The written work is completed privately before each session. It is not optional homework. It is the foundation the sessions are built on.
