Service Description
Before anyone commits to anything, we sit down together for 60 minutes. I want to hear your story. You're welcome to ask me anything. This is a mutual evaluation — because the right fit matters as much as the work itself. You leave knowing whether this is the right next step. So do I. The Foundation Session is a standalone. The cost of it applies toward all coaching programs when enrolling. If we both agree it's the right fit, program enrollment happens after. Available in person in Manlius, NY or via secure video. POLICY: Non-refundable once attended. Less than 24hr cancellations charged at 50% session rate. Full policy provided in your Coaching Agreement at enrollment.
Cancellation Policy
RELATIONSHIP ER · SESSION POLICY Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of session rate charged. No-shows: 50% of session rate charged. Sessions are available to Relationship ER Pricing Plan holders only. Full cancellation and discontinuation policy provided in your Coaching Agreement at enrollment.
